All research reports, technical models, charting templates, analytical methodologies, proprietary indicators, educational materials, website content, logos, and brand assets distributed or displayed by Kaia Systems are the exclusive intellectual property of the firm and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, resell, sublicense, or publicly display any proprietary content without express written permission. Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may result in legal action.

Trading and investing in financial markets, including Forex, cryptocurrency, commodities, futures, and indices, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own independent research, analysis, and trading decisions. Kaia Systems and its principals, analysts, contractors, and affiliates shall bear no responsibility for any financial outcomes resulting from your interpretation of, or reliance upon, any published content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kaia Systems, its directors, officers, employees, analysts, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, services, or any published content, regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaia Systems, its principals, officers, employees, analysts, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Kaia Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Sections 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 of this Agreement shall survive termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kaia Systems operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Kaia Systems reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site or services following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
