Kaia Systems provides access to software tools, analytics platforms, and digital services. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. However, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your subscription tier until the current billing period concludes.
Beta access and free trial periods are provided at no cost and carry no refund obligation. If you transition from a free trial to a paid subscription, the standard cancellation policy applies from the date of your first payment.
Kaia Systems provides analytical tools for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee trading profits, financial outcomes, or specific results from using our software. Refunds will not be issued based on the performance of strategies tested or executed using our platform.
